TBC Services, LLC, is actively pursuing opportunities to acquire or ally with companies that are consistent with our strategy for expansion. While most of our initial development has occurred in the Southwest, we anticipate entering new markets throughout the West, as well as the entire U.S., in the near future.
Potential opportunities include:
- Non-medical, fee-for-service, in-home care to adults (private payor/Medicaid), including registries and employee-based models.
- Non-medical, fee-for-service, in-home care to children and adults with disabilities (private payor/Medicaid), including registries and employee-based models.
- Therapy practices (Speech Therapy/Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy) that serve diverse populations (private payor/Medicaid/insurance).
- Educational service entities, including SES (No Child Left Behind) tutoring, on-line education and other specialized education programs.
- Medicare agencies, especially those with private pay and/or Medicaid-funded service alliances.
- Other services consistent or synergistic with the services above, including medical or non-medical staffing services.
