Tom Schramski, Ph.D., Principal, President and CEO
Prior to launching TBC Services, L.L.C., Tom's background in human services spanned more than two decades as founder and CEO of CPES, an Arizona-based firm with $25 million in annual revenue. National recognition of his expertise has included a feature article in Inc. magazine’s 2005 “Entrepreneur of the Year” issue and a chapter in Equity, published by Harvard Business School Press in 2005. In addition to running TBC and a management consulting practice, Tom is a Licensed Psychologist, author and advocate for individuals with disabilities.
Susan McNeece, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
Susan brings nearly 20 years of financial management experience to TBC. Prior to becoming the CFO at TBC, Susan was the Corporate Controller at Zila, Inc, a publicly traded manufacturer and distributor of medical/dental products. Susan has a broad array of experience ranging from financial analysis and reporting to acquisition integration and strategic planning. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1996.
Bob Tungland, Principal
As president and director of The Tungland Corporation, Bob has been responsible for providing a diverse range of services to individuals with disabilities and their families in Arizona since 1983. His $35 million company has received numerous quality-oriented awards during his tenure, and it is recognized as one of the most progressive human service companies in the U.S.
