New Managing Director of Metro Care Services August 2, 2010
Brenda Redel, former Executive Director of MOSAIC operations in Arizona, has been appointed to the position of Managing Director of Metro Care Services in Arizona. Brenda has significant leadership experience, including her former role at the Foundation for Senior Living. Her predecessor at MCS, Lupe Trieste, RN, has been named to an executive management position with hospice operations of Carondelet in Tucson, Arizona.

New Managing Director for Touch Pointe/Best Choice July 26, 2010
Dena Notaras has assumed the position of Managing Director for TBC operations in the Palm Springs and Coachella Valley areas effective July 26, 2010. Dena comes to TBC with diverse management and business development experience; particularly in the Northwestern US. She will be taking a lead role in the expansion of all services and the creation of the new Metro Choice identity of specialized in-home services.

New CFO Appointed for TBC April 1, 2010
Susan McNeece, CPA, has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer at TBC effective April 1, 2010. Most recently she was the Corporate Controller for Zila, Inc, a NASDAQ-traded company that manufactures medical/dental products for international distribution.

TBC General Counsel Transition April 1, 2010 2010
Stephen Barkley, TBC's internal General Counsel since August 2007, has resigned his position to accept a full-time role as General Counsel for The Tungland Corporation. With this transition, John Dacey of Gammage & Burnham will assume the role of external General Counsel for TBC.

TBC Completes Challenging 2009 January 15, 2010
Despite Arizona budget pressures that negatively affected Metro Care Services, Inc. (MCS) in mid-2009, Tom Schramski, Ph.D., TBC Services, LLC (TBC) noted that "TBC grew by nearly 10% in 2009, which is remarkable in our recessionary environment. A Road 2 Learning, LLC (AR2L) and TouchPointe both grew by over 30% and are expected to continue their strong growth in 2010. MCS will be seeking new behavioral health and staffing contracts to supplement existing contracts in the developmental disabilities system."

TBC Initiates Partnership with New Mexico Company April 28, 2009
TBC Services, LLC (TBC) has formed a partnership with Cuidando Las Familias to create new services for families who support their family member with disabilities at home. Cuidando Las Familias has provided similar services for over 10 years in north central New Mexico, including Albuquerque, and is recognized as an outstanding agency. In this partnership we will also offer related therapy services to assist families in securing the best possible support. The initiation of the partnership will be effective May 1, 2009.

New Managing Director Named for MCS March 23, 2009
Lupe Trieste, RN, has been appointed as the Managing Director for Metro Care Services, Inc. (MCS), the largest of the TBC entities. MCS provides non-medical, in-home care for children and adults with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs and other related services. Lupe brings an extensive management and clinical background, including senior positions in the hospice field.

Tim Sturm has been named to the position of Managing Director of A Road 2 Learning, LLC (AR2L), the educational service company managed by TBC. Tim brings a diverse background in educational administration and national sales to his new position.
